2. Account Registration

To use Photocvia, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Credits System

- Credits are purchased via one-time payments - 1 credit = 1 photo transformation - Credits never expire - Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Photocvia only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include: - Uploading photos of others without their consent - Creating misleading or fraudulent content - Uploading illegal or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

- You retain rights to photos you upload - You receive full rights to generated photos - Generated photos may be used for commercial purposes - Photocvia's technology remains our intellectual property

6. Limitation of Liability

Photocvia is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for: - Service interruptions - Data loss - Generated image quality - Consequential damages

7. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by European Union law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the European Union.
